5. One-Year Workmanship Warranty
Our one-year workmanship warranty covers defects in installation arising from our labour. It does not cover:
- Damage caused by water, flooding, or moisture intrusion;
- Normal wear and tear;
- Damage caused by improper cleaning, maintenance, or use;
- Manufacturer defects in materials (covered separately under the manufacturer's warranty);
- Damage resulting from events outside our control (fire, flood, structural movement, etc.).
Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period. We reserve the right to inspect the work prior to approving a warranty claim.
6. Intellectual Property
